The most convenient housing offered to students, 7000 brings with it the ability to create a true living and learning community. Student apartments wrap a spacious outdoor courtyard at the core of the building, which is perfectly located at the entrance of the beautiful 83-acre wooded campus. Apartments come fully furnished along with shared living rooms and kitchens, so you can enjoy generous common space to connect and study.

Health & Safety at 7000 Campus LIving

We are constantly assessing the living situation at 7000 Campus Living to ensure that all residents and staff are able to enjoy a safe, clean, and healthy environment to live and learn in. By clearly and frequently communicating CDC guidelines, as well as those outlined by SCC, we can focus our efforts on cleanliness, community health, and resident concerns. Our priorities are to keep high traffic areas sanitized on a regular basis, remain available to respond to resident concerns, and support virtual programming to keep residents engaged.

Here’s what we’re doing: 

  • Posting information on preventative measures around the community to ensure people are aware of best practices
  • Creating visual cues for social distancing around building entrances, welcome desks, offices, and other community spaces that are still open
  • Ensuring high-traffic areas have hand sanitizer stations available and are receiving extra cleaning and sanitizing throughout the day
  • Ensuring public bathrooms are regularly cleaned and stocked with soap
  • Management teams complete daily health screenings and wear personal protective equipment (PPE) when working in and around the building
  • Limiting guests to the building and screening vendors before working at the property 
  • Making all communications available virtually – where residents can contact management via email, phone, text, chat, or video call to help address their needs
  • Responding to confirmed COVID-19 diagnoses with alacrity while maintaining empathy and confidentiality
